Nowcomm announces another behind the scenes event with Williams Racing virtual guided tour.
Derby, Derbyshire, June 2, 2021 — Nowcomm, an elite team of technology experts in the design, delivery and customer support of Cisco solutions, continues its behind the scenes motorsport series with a Williams Racing guided virtual tour.
The event is the second instalment of the Williams Racing series where Nowcomm gives audiences a glimpse at the inner sanctum of a world class motorsport company.
‘Behind the scenes with Williams Racing’ will take place on Thursday 17th June at 2pm and will provide exclusive access to the Williams Racing trackside garage and factory.
This virtual tour will be guided by Al Peasland, Head of Technical & Innovation Partnerships, who will reveal exclusive information about the in-and-outs of one of the most successful, British Formula One motor racing teams.
“Our M-Sport event last week proved to be extremely popular with our customers and partners.” commented James Baly, Nowcomm’s Technical Director. “We are keen to host similar events face-to-face, as soon as we can, in the near future.”
During the 60 minutes of motorsport thrills, the participants will get an in-depth look at the world-class motorsport engineering facilities including an exclusive insight into the machine shop and composites manufacturing areas. They will be blown away by a wind tunnel and see the Monaco Grand Prix pit walk. The attendees will have a chance to experience the state-of-the-art Williams Formula One Simulator and get a rare glimpse at the workings of pit stop crew and their practice rig.
